Watch out for number 7! 1. You never ask for help Watch out for number 7!

1. You never ask for help, but you’re always the first to offer 

(and if someone offers you help, you refuse and say “I’m fine”)

2. You struggle to celebrate your achievements 

(even when you feel like you’re ahead, you can’t help thinking “what’s next?”)

3. You worry about disappointing others, so you over-deliver 

(You’ll do anything to avoid being criticised for not doing enough) 

4. You’re pushing yourself to your limits and you feel exhausted

5. You’re constantly looking for courses
