Hi, I’m a NCH registered Hypnotherapy Supervisor for other Clinical Hypnotherapists.
I have worked as a Senior Hypnotherapy Lecturer at SFTA Liverpool Hypnotherapy Training School, and CPHT Hypnotherapy Training, at Liverpool Hope University and The Brain Charity in Liverpool for over 5 years. I also deliver regular CPD training for Hypnotherapists in Breathwork and Business Coaching.
I deliver stress management workshops for the Police Federation, Fire Service and Ambulance Service. I have 25 years teaching experience, I am a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher and a fully qualified Breathwork Coach.
I specialise in High Functioning Anxiety, dealing with anxiety issues, self esteem problems, imposter syndrome and confidence issues. I am also very experienced in working with children, teenagers and young people.

One to One Hypnotherapy Supervision
I offer 1:1 Hypnotherapy Supervision over the telephone and via Zoom. You can arrange either a regular appointment, or adhoc sessions by contacting me via email or DM me on instagram.
In the month following a supervision session, supervisees can contact me by phone, text or email with issues and I will respond within 24 hours. (If the amount of contact time between sessions exceeds one hour, I will add up the minutes and invoice the supervisee at the next supervision session.)
