About Charlotte

I’m Charlotte Spillane, an Anxiety Therapist with 15 years’ therapy experience and 8 years as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I combine neuroscience-backed research with powerful therapeutic techniques to help women understand their amazing brains and rewire anxious patterns into calm confidence.

I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapy Supervisor, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Lecturer, and I deliver CPDs to other trained hypnotherapists. My approach is evidence-based, positive, and upbeat—I’m a great cheerleader for all my clients.
