I’m a NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapists) registered Hypnotherapy Supervisor for other Clinical Hypnotherapists. I am a very experienced Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Coach and I run a busy online practice.
I have worked as a Senior Hypnotherapy Lecturer for both SFTA Hypnotherapy Training School and CPHT Hypnotherapy Training at Liverpool Hope University. I deliver professional CPD’s for practising Clinical Hypnotherapists and Therapists. I also deliver regular wellbeing seminars for Police Officers & Police Staff, The Ambulance Service and The Fire Service.
I have over 30 years teaching experience, I am a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher and a fully qualified Breathwork Coach.
I specialise in working with clients with High Functioning Anxiety.

One to One Hypnotherapy Supervision
I offer 1:1 Hypnotherapy Supervision over the telephone and via Zoom. You can arrange either a regular appointment, or adhoc sessions. You can contact me via email or book via my calendar link here:
In the month following a supervision session, supervisees can contact me by phone, text or email with issues and I will respond within 24 hours. (If the amount of contact time between sessions exceeds one hour, I will add up the minutes and invoice the supervisee at the next supervision session.)
