I’m a fully qualified and accredited Mindset Coach, Wellbeing Specialist and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist working with clients around the UK and worldwide online. I help my clients to take control of their lives and fulfil their potential both personally and professionally.
I specialise in helping clients with Confidence and Anxiety Issues, particularly Women in Midlife. Hypnotherapy can help you change your Mindset, build your Confidence and Self-esteem, reduce your Anxiety, improve the quality of your sleep, and remove Limiting Beliefs that may be holding you back.

Stress & Anxiety
Everyone experiences stress and anxiety at some point in their lives. A bit of stress is normal and can help push you to do something new or difficult, but too much stress can take its toll.
Stress can affect how you feel, think, behave and how your body works. Conditions such as Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Agoraphobia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Migraines are all ways that excess or sustained stress and anxiety can affect your well-being.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can tackle these conditions by reducing anxiety and helping you to regain a sense of perspective. Once your anxiety is under control, many troublesome symptoms are alleviated.

After 25 years experience as a drama teacher, I have plenty of experience of helping people with their self-esteem and confidence. With the added benefit of relaxing hypnotherapy, and powerful visualisation we can really make things happen.

I am passionate about inspiring women in Midlife. My mission is to empower you to feel balanced and confident about this stage of your life; helping you rebuild your self-confidence, reduce your stress and anxiety, and free yourself from the limiting beliefs that have held you back.
Imposter Syndrome
Imposter Syndrome, is that niggling voice in your head that keeps telling you that you’re not good enough.
Hypnotherapy is a proven way to change negative and unhelpful thought processes and behaviours and replace them with ones that will serve you better. By helping to change your mindset, you can transform how you feel and reduce the impact of symptoms.

What to expect
The session is split into two halves; the talking bit, where we discuss what you want to achieve, and the other half is hypnosis.
During the hypnosis part, you become deeply relaxed and your subconscious mind takes over. Through a combination of relaxation and visualisation, you can focus on the positive changes you want to make, and start to shift your mindset.

Remote / Online Hypnotherapy
Although based in North Wales, I work with all my clients online, via Zoom.
Working online allows me to provide Hypnotherapy to clients around the UK and worldwide, and means you don’t have to interrupt your working day. Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as face-to-face sessions and takes exactly the same format. When you work online, there’s no travel involved, and it takes place in an environment that is convenient and feels good for you.
As long as you have a good Internet connection, we can work together from anywhere. All you need is a quiet place, with no distractions, where you can feel relaxed and comfortable.
You can work with me to improve your confidence and reduce your anxiety, even if you live on the other side of the world to me and I am happy to offer a free training session to show you how Zoom works in advance of our session.
Will hypnotherapy help me?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines Hypnotherapy with elements of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). They can achieve results that aren’t possible from hypnotherapy or counselling alone.
By helping to change your mindset, you can get incredible results for things you’d like to change – even if they’ve been affecting you for years.
