1. You feel exhausted even after a full night’s sleep 

(And your mind is working overtime even when you rest)

2. You keep saying “sorry” for things that aren’t your fault 

(And you say yes, when you want to say no)

3. You feel guilty when you’re not being productive 

(And you see resting as lazy or selfish)

4. You replay conversations in your head hours (or days) later
